The Attic Double Room has an opaque glass window which opens onto a small internal courtyard of our building. The superior double room and the superior quadruple room face the Palazzo Pitti, all the others face internal courtyards.

We have no onsite parking but we work with a nearby garage who sends staff to pick up our guests cars on arrival and brings them back when they are ready to leave - inclusive cost of this service is €30 for 24 hours for a medium sized car.

Very basic room within walking distance
The location to walk into Florence and explore was good. The floor was surprisingly quiet - I was expecting a lot of guests per floor, but we only shared the floor with 2 others - making it easy to have showers and use shared bathroom without waiting for the other person.
It is a very basic room. In summer Florence weather is very hot meaning we spent a bit more time in the room to escape the afternoon heat. It's not a very comfortable set up to spend afternoons in the room.

Good and centrally located option
it's quite centrally located and the rooms are specious. The large bed is quite comfortable. The air conodtionis os good and the staff is nice.
The small bed is hard to sleep on. the toilet is difficult to flue ad there is very little natural light coming in.
